Bring daily, audio-guided mindfulness to PreK-12th Grade classrooms on one platform. 5 to 10 minute practices in English and Spanish sequenced across all 180 school days.
The programs
All four programs follow the same daily rhythm. Experience a practice from each one below.
*Available in English and Spanish
PreK to Grade 1
Young children’s brains are building the foundations for self-regulation, so a few minutes of daily practice helps them learn to notice their feelings, calm their bodies, and get ready to learn before those habits take hold. Each practice includes the popular Inner Explorer song.

The daily practice
Daily Practice is the foundation of the program. Every day, the teacher presses play on the daily practice in the classroom, and students listen and follow along. This routine cultivates consistent regulation to prepare minds for learning and give back time from managing behavior throughout the school day.
See why this works
One practice for every day of the school year, five to ten minutes each, played in sequence.
Every practice in Elementary, Middle, and High School ends with a prompted reflection. A teacher can submit one for the class, or students can write in their own journals.
Optionally, the class shares how each practice made them feel for deeper exploration of their experience.
The series library
The supplemental series are built for common situational experiences throughout the school day that use the same science of practicing mindfulness for regulation and support to meet specific needs.
See pricingPractices for after active shooter or lockdown drills when students need to settle and soothe before returning to the normal school day.
Topic-specific practices on handling big emotions, test-taking anxiety, connection, change, and more. For student services staff, including counselors, school psychologists, etc., to use with individual students or small groups. Ideal for Tier 2 and Tier 3.
Short 1 to 3 minute guided practices for moving between subjects or coming back from lunch, including listening practices built on instruments from around the world and sounds from nature.
Adult-focused practices for educators and staff to use on their own, in staff meetings, or before a parent conference.
Daily mindfulness blended with STEM lessons, delivered in a project-based learning format aligned to the Next Generation Science Standards and other core curriculum standards. Includes an Educator Preview and Student View.
Ten hours of asynchronous professional development to extend beyond the classroom and deepen one’s understanding and experience of mindfulness-based stress reduction.
Track usage across the school year by school and classroom to measure impact.

Educators press play and take part alongside their students, creating a shared experience in the classroom. Zero prep, no lesson to teach, and nothing to plan.
Audio-guided practices that help settle the room in minutes, giving students and educators a moment to pause, be present, and prepare their minds for learning.
Every practice in Elementary through High School ends with a prompted reflection for the class.
Inner Explorer is a wonderful way of assisting the teachers and students with getting in the right frame of mind to learn and deal with the daily stressors!!!
*Counselors and other student support staff use the same platform and have access to the daily program. The additional Support Staff Series is built for their small-group and one-to-one work.
Only staff sign in. Nothing to set up for students, and no student data collected.
Data privacy agreements available on request.
Every practice is checked for developmental fit, Early Learning through High School.
Practices are audio guided, so students listen instead of watching a screen. A still image is there for anyone who would rather keep their eyes open.
The evidence
Inner Explorer grows from four decades of mindfulness science, then proves itself in real PreK–12 classrooms. The effects show up in grades, test scores, and behavior.
